Preparation

    Remove the white part of the orange pulp

  2. STEP 2 OF 6

    Combine all the ingredients in a mixer

  3. STEP 3 OF 6

    Blend until you get a smooth mixture and transfer it to a microwave-safe mug

  4. STEP 4 OF 6

    Cook for 3 minutes, open the microwave door and let the cake deflate

  5. STEP 5 OF 6

    Continue cooking for another three minutes

  6. STEP 6 OF 6

    I garnished it with yogurt and orange zest, but it's also delicious with some dried fruit
