In a bowl, combine the oat flakes, milk, baking powder, and yogurt.
Mix everything well and pour half of the mixture into a baking mold.
Add a teaspoon of pistachio cream in the center and add the remaining mixture.
Decorate with the pistachio cookie and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
You can bake the oats in the oven or in an air fryer.
