120g - Coconut flour
30g - Coconut milk
50mL - Baking powder
3g - Sliced almondsas needed
- Vegetable oil
20mL - Grated zest of 1 lemon. .
- Brown sugar

Preparation

In a bowl, combine the flours, baking powder, sugar, grated coconut, and the grated zest of 1 lemon. Also add the milk and oil.

Mix well until you get a dough.

Divide the dough and form balls. Roll them in the sliced almonds.

Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes
