
In a bowl, combine the egg and sugar. Mix well until you get a frothy mixture.
Then add the ricotta, flour, baking powder, lemon zest and juice, and milk.
Mix again and pour everything into a baking dish lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 180 degrees for 20/25 minutes.
Once ready, let them cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
