30g - Shredded coconut for decorationto taste
- Hazelnut and cocoa creamto taste
- Oat flour
70g - Coconut flour
20g - Chocolate chipsto taste
- Soy milkto taste
Preparation

In a bowl, combine an egg, sugar, coffee, baking powder, and flour. Mix well.

Then add the milk to dilute the mixture.

Add the chocolate chips and mix again.
- STEP 4 OF 6
Pour the mixture into a previously oiled 16 cm non-stick pan.

Cook on low heat for 15 minutes with a lid.

Once ready, decorate with hazelnut and cocoa cream and shredded coconut.
