- Oro saiwa dry biscuits

20mL20mL - Greek or soy yogurt
200g200g - Pistachio cream
30g30g - Chopped pistachiosAs needed
- Powdered sugar (or granulated sugar)

Preparation

In a mixer, blend the biscuits with oil and milk.

You will get a dense mixture. Place the mixture into muffin cups.

Prepare the cream by combining yogurt, powdered sugar, and a tablespoon of pistachio cream.

Add the cream on top of the cheesecake base and place in the freezer for an hour.
- STEP 5 OF 5
Once ready, remove the cheesecakes from the cups and decorate with cream and chopped pistachios.
