  • Greek or soy yogurt200g
  • Pistachio cream30g
  • Chopped pistachiosAs needed
  • Powdered sugar (or granulated sugar)50g

Preparation

    In a mixer, blend the biscuits with oil and milk.

    You will get a dense mixture. Place the mixture into muffin cups.

    Prepare the cream by combining yogurt, powdered sugar, and a tablespoon of pistachio cream.
