
Mini Pistachio Cheesecake

- Oro saiwa dry biscuits
150g - Seed oil
20mL - Milk
20mL - Greek or soy yogurt
200g - Pistachio cream
30g - Chopped pistachiosAs needed

Preparation

In a mixer, blend the biscuits with oil and milk.

You will get a dense mixture. Place the mixture into muffin cups.

Prepare the cream by combining yogurt, powdered sugar, and a tablespoon of pistachio cream.

Add the cream on top of the cheesecake base and place in the freezer for an hour.
