

What could be better than a super fragrant and chocolaty cake for these holidays? It is prepared in a pan and in no time, you will love it!
In a bowl, combine an egg, sugar, flours, juice and zest of an orange, baking powder, and unsweetened cocoa.
Mix well and pour the mixture into a 16 cm pan and cook over low heat, covered, for 20/25 minutes. Check the cake from time to time and once the surface is solid, flip it.
Once ready, decorate with cocoa cream (10g of cocoa + sweetener and water), orange slices, and chopped hazelnuts.
