  • Erythritol or other sweetenerto taste
  • Oat flour40g
  • Fresh strawberriesto taste
  • Semi-skimmed milk70mL
  • Greek yogurt 0%100g

Preparation

    In a bowl, combine the egg white, flour, milk, sweetener, and beet. (You can use a teaspoon of beet powder or 20 ml of beet juice)

    Mix well until you get a homogeneous mixture.

    Cook the crêpes in a non-stick pan.

    Once ready, fill with sweetened Greek yogurt.
