These dorayaki are not only super easy to make but also delicious! Soft pancakes filled with pistachio cream and yogurt, try them and you won't be disappointed.
In a bowl, combine the flour, mashed banana, sweetener (optional), and egg white. Mix well.
Cook the pancakes in a non-stick pan.
Once cooked, let them cool and fill with a cream made of Greek yogurt and a teaspoon of pistachio cream.
Fill the pancakes and decorate with more pistachio cream and chopped pistachios.

If you don't like pistachio, you can easily fill the dorayaki with another nut cream.
