- Oat flour
50g50g - Egg white
125g125g - Pistachio creamto taste
- Chopped pistachiosto taste
- Banana

100g100g - SweetenerOptional
Preparation
- STEP 1 OF 4
In a bowl, combine the flour, mashed banana, sweetener (optional), and egg white. Mix well.
- STEP 2 OF 4
Cook the pancakes in a non-stick pan.
- STEP 3 OF 4
Once cooked, let them cool and fill with a cream made of Greek yogurt and a teaspoon of pistachio cream.
- STEP 4 OF 4
Fill the pancakes and decorate with more pistachio cream and chopped pistachios.
