Preparation

In a blender, combine the flour, egg white, spinach, and salt.
- STEP 2 OF 4
Blend everything and pour the mixture onto a non-stick pan to form your crêpes.
- STEP 3 OF 4
Fill the crêpes with Philadelphia active.
- STEP 4 OF 4
Roll up the crêpes and decorate with cherry tomatoes and mixed seeds.
