Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 3

    In a bowl, gather the egg white and the oat beverage, start whisking with a fork. Gradually add the flour and honey. Finally, add the baking powder.

  2. STEP 2 OF 3

    Once you have a smooth and homogeneous batter, heat a non-stick pan (18 cm in diameter) and pour a ladle of batter, spread it out and cook on both sides for a few minutes.

  3. STEP 3 OF 3

    Season as desired with peanut butter, jam, hazelnut cream, or other. You can finish it all with maple syrup drizzled on top.
