In a bowl, mix the almond flour and powdered sugar.
Add the egg whites and the flour with the sifted baking powder gradually.
Mix the dough well and compact it.
Wrap the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rest in the fridge for an hour.
After the resting time, form balls from the dough.
Slightly flatten the balls and roll them in powdered sugar.
Place a blanched almond on each cookie.
Arrange the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the oven at 200°C for 12 minutes.
