Boil the eggs for 8 minutes and then cool them.
Sift the egg yolks and place them in a bowl.
Add the sugar, flour, potato starch, baking powder, and softened butter cut into pieces into the bowl.
Knead until you get a compact dough.
Let the dough rest in the fridge for an hour.
Roll out the dough and cut out flower-shaped cookies.
Bake the cookies in the oven at 180°C for about 14 minutes.
Cool the cookies and sprinkle them with powdered sugar.
