Cut two apples into cubes and drizzle them with lemon juice.
Unroll a sheet of rectangular puff pastry.
Mark it halfway without cutting too deeply with the knife.
Pour on one half the apples drained of lemon juice, a few tablespoons of apple jam or your preferred jam, and the chocolate chips.
Make cuts on the other half of the pastry and close the roll.
Seal the edges well with the tines of a fork.
Brush the surface with an egg yolk and sprinkle with sugar sprinkles.
Bake at 180°C for about 15 minutes.
