"Chocolate is a living matter: it has its own language, its own breath, its own inner beat. Learning to understand it requires time, sensitivity, and silence... because only when chocolate feels the object of intimate attention, and only then, does it cease to enchant the palate and begins to dialogue with the senses." That said, let's get to know chocolate by making these delicious and chocolaty muffins! For a double dose of energy and cocoa, I've also added crumbled chocolate cookies to the batter!! At breakfast, you need to pamper yourself and get the right boost, right?
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar.
Add the vegetable oil, vanilla, milk, and continue to mix.
Pour in the flour, cocoa, baking powder, and mix everything together. Also add the coarsely crumbled cookies and give it a final stir.
Distribute the mixture into muffin cups, filling them 2/3 full, and bake at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.
