No summer is complete without ice cream, right?! That's why today I wanted to prepare one of my favorite flavors with you, the coffee drowned ice cream! Let's roll up our sleeves and get to work!
Pour the cream into a glass bowl that has been previously chilled in the fridge.
Once the cream is semi-whipped, add the condensed milk.
Finally, add the vanilla and finish whipping everything together.
Transfer the mixture into a plastic container and place it in the freezer for 6/8 hours.
Remove the container from the freezer and serve the ice cream in small bowls.
To finish, pour the cold coffee over the ice cream and garnish with coffee beans and chocolate chips.
