This is the super basic porridge recipe. Perfect even for weaning babies!!
Combine the oat flakes with water and the pear cut into cubes.
Place on the stove in a small pot, stirring occasionally.
When it starts to thicken, remove from the heat and continue stirring for a few minutes.
If desired, the mixture can be blended with an immersion blender to make it creamy.
Add nuts, chocolate, or toppings of your choice to finish it.
You can use your preferred fruit as a natural sweetener and then add nut butter to taste once it's ready!
