  • Cod fillets (fresh or frozen)200g
  • Escarole100g
  • Tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil2unit
  • Pinch of turmeric1unit
  • Glass of dry white wine0.5unit
  • Oregano
    Oreganoto taste

Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 5

    Wash the rice and boil it in salted water according to the time indicated on the package.

  2. STEP 2 OF 5

    Only at the end of the rice cooking add one tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil and the turmeric, stirring to distribute the color and flavor.

  3. STEP 3 OF 5

    Prepare the fish: in a pan pour a little water and the white wine, position a steamer basket with the cod fillets on top and cook until the fish is cooked and tender.

  4. STEP 4 OF 5

    In another pan boil the escarole in a little water until it is tender, then drain it.

  5. STEP 5 OF 5

    Assemble the dish by placing the rice, escarole and cod fillets. Dress with the remaining tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle with oregano to taste.
