    Preparation

    1. STEP 1 OF 4

      Wash the chickpeas after soaking them overnight and cook them with bay leaf and rosemary.

    2. STEP 2 OF 4

      Clean the radicchio, wash it, and cut it into strips.

    3. STEP 3 OF 4

      Start cooking it in a pan with the oil, chopped onion, and two tablespoons of hot water.

    4. STEP 4 OF 4

      When it is ready and the chickpeas are cooked, serve as shown in the photo with turmeric, pepper, and oregano.
