An easy and quick dessert to prepare, the apple and red berry cookie crumble is perfect served warm and crunchy with vanilla ice cream. The combination of apples, red berries, crumbled cookies, and coconut oil creates a surprising and delicious dessert.
Preheat the oven to 180°C in static mode.
Peel and cut the apples into regular pieces.
Place the apples in the baking dish you will use for the crumble, add the red berries, 2 tablespoons of sugar, the nuts, and the cinnamon, then mix well.
In a bowl, roughly crumble the cookies with your hands or use a mixer.
Add the coconut oil (if solid, warm it slightly to make it liquid) and mix well.
Spread the cookie mixture over the fruit until it is completely covered.
Bake for about 20-25 minutes.
Let it cool slightly and serve with vanilla ice cream or cold cream.
