  • Valsoia vegetable spreadable cheese with herbsto taste
  • For the dressing
  • Tahini (sesame seed paste)3units
  • Maple syrup1unit
  • Lemon juice1unit
  • Saltto taste
  • Pepperto taste

    Cook the pumpkin and julienne a carrot using a peeler.

    In a bowl, place the baby spinach, sliced carrot, cooked chickpeas, pumpkin, crumbled walnuts, and vegetable cheese.
