- Nutrifree wholemeal bread mix

250mL250mL - Extra virgin olive oil
1tablespoon1tablespoon - Fresh brewer's yeast
8g8g - Honey
0.3teaspoon0.3teaspoon - Fine salt

Preparation
- STEP 1 OF 8
In a bowl, mix the gluten-free mix with water, crumbled yeast, oil, honey, and salt.
- STEP 2 OF 8
Mix with an electric mixer equipped with hooks for at least 8 minutes.
- STEP 3 OF 8
Use a spatula to form a ball in the center, cover with plastic wrap, and let rise at 28/30 degrees Celsius.
- STEP 4 OF 8
Oil the loaf pan and pour the dough inside, leveling the surface with wet hands.
- STEP 5 OF 8
Let rise again for 1 hour in the oven as explained before.
- STEP 6 OF 8
Preheat the oven to 210°C in static mode.
- STEP 7 OF 8
Oil the surface of your bread and bake for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
- STEP 8 OF 8
Let cool and slice the bread.
