In a bowl, mix the gluten-free mix with water, crumbled yeast, oil, honey, and salt.
Mix with an electric mixer equipped with hooks for at least 8 minutes.
Use a spatula to form a ball in the center, cover with plastic wrap, and let rise at 28/30 degrees Celsius.
Oil the loaf pan and pour the dough inside, leveling the surface with wet hands.
Let rise again for 1 hour in the oven as explained before.
Preheat the oven to 210°C in static mode.
Oil the surface of your bread and bake for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool and slice the bread.
