Thanks to the fruit and chocolate chips, this recipe is great for 'sweetening' the distinctive taste of buckwheat flour.

  • Buckwheat flour120g

  • Dark chocolate chips60g
  • Cleaned strawberries200g
  • Egg1Whole
  • Low-fat plain yogurt250g

Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 4

    In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients. Then add the liquids.

  2. STEP 2 OF 4

    When the batter is smooth, gently fold in the fruit pieces and chocolate chips.

  3. STEP 3 OF 4

    Place the muffin liners on the baking tray and fill them 2/3 full.

  4. STEP 4 OF 4

    Bake in a preheated static oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

In my version, I used strawberries and chocolate chips, but you can replace them with the same amount of red fruits or apples and chopped nuts.
