In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients. Then add the liquids.
When the batter is smooth, gently fold in the fruit pieces and chocolate chips.
Place the muffin liners on the baking tray and fill them 2/3 full.
Bake in a preheated static oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

Store under a glass dome for up to 3 days.
In my version, I used strawberries and chocolate chips, but you can replace them with the same amount of red fruits or apples and chopped nuts.
