    Wash the peppers and make an opening on one side along the entire length.

    Prepare a thick cream by combining the lightly beaten and salted egg with the Greek feta, chopped mint leaves, and a bit of oil to blend.

    Stuff the peppers with the feta cream and place them on an oiled baking tray.

    Drizzle with oil and bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
