Melt the butter and combine the egg yolks and milk
Add the baking powder, flour, and sugar
Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold them into the mixture
Cook in a non-stick pan, shaping the pancakes as desired (I made them heart-shaped using a silicone mold). When bubbles form on the surface, they are ready to be flipped to the other side
Serve them warm with jam, maple syrup, chocolate cream, nuts, or fresh fruit
