Beat the eggs with the sugar. Add the lemon zest and water.
Combine oil, flour, and baking powder.
Pour half of the batter into a 22 cm mold and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven, spread the jam on top, and cover with the remaining batter.
Bake for another 30 minutes. Let cool before removing from the mold.
