
Lake Garda Dessert
A refined dessert that combines the tradition of sbrisolona, the delicacy of Sanvigilini, and the intense flavors of lemon jam and Grappa Lugana Barricata. A sweet treat inspired by Lake Garda.

2tablespoons2tablespoons - Grappa lugana barricata 12 months (38°)
2tablespoons2tablespoons - Dark chocolate
50g50g - Recioto della valpolicella docgto taste
Preparation

Coarsely break the sbrisolona and place it on a serving plate.
- STEP 2 OF 6
Slightly warm the Grappa Lugana Barricata and brush it over the surface of the sbrisolona to flavor it.

Arrange the Sanvigilini biscuits on an elegant plate and add a teaspoon of lemon jam on each biscuit.

Grate some fresh lemon zest on top for an extra touch.
- STEP 5 OF 6
Melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie and drizzle it over the sbrisolona and Sanvigilini to decorate.

Serve the dessert accompanied by a glass of Recioto della Valpolicella DOCG.
