Yogurt Donuts are soft cookies with a vanilla scent, perfect for breakfast and afternoon snacks, and also very easy to prepare.
In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients.
Add the liquid ingredients and vanilla drops.
Gradually work all the ingredients using a whisk until you obtain a smooth, homogeneous, lump-free dough.
Spoon into a donut mold or muffin cups, or make a cookie cake in a 22 cm cake pan.
Bake in a preheated static oven at 170 degrees for about 20 minutes.
