Blanch the cabbage leaves for one minute after removing the central rib.

Dry the leaves well and fill them with parmesan, mozzarella, and cooked ham, then roll them up.

Drizzle a baking dish with oil and sprinkle it with breadcrumbs and parmesan.

Place the cabbage rolls in the baking dish, drizzle them with a little oil and a sprinkle of parmesan.

Bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
