Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 5

    Take the slices of chicken breast and lay them on a surface.

  2. STEP 2 OF 5

    Place a slice of mortadella and two slices of provola on each slice of chicken.

  3. STEP 3 OF 5

    Roll the chicken slices to form rolls.

  4. STEP 4 OF 5

    Coat the rolls in breadcrumbs mixed with crushed pistachios.

    Cook the rolls in a pan with a drizzle of oil or in the oven/air fryer at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
