- Large slices of chicken breast

- Breadcrumbs and pistachio granulesto taste
- Extra virgin olive oilto taste
Preparation

Take the slices of chicken breast and lay them on a surface.
- STEP 2 OF 5
Place a slice of mortadella and two slices of provola on each slice of chicken.
- STEP 3 OF 5
Roll up the chicken slices to form rolls.
- STEP 4 OF 5
Coat the rolls in breadcrumbs mixed with pistachio granules.
- STEP 5 OF 5
Cook the rolls in a pan with a drizzle of oil or in the oven/air fryer at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
