A delicious chocolate cake, simple and quick to prepare, perfect for any occasion.
Melt the chocolate together with the butter in a double boiler.
Mix the chocolate mixture with the sugar, vanilla, and add the eggs one at a time plus the yolk.
Add a pinch of salt and the sifted powders (cocoa, flour, baking powder).
Transfer the mixture into a greased cake pan, add a few flakes of salt on top.
Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for 2-3 days.
Suitable for a 15x15 cm cake pan.
