Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 4

    Soak the Pavesini in coffee and place them in soufflé molds lined with plastic wrap.

  2. STEP 2 OF 4

    Pour the Greek yogurt with coffee (you can sweeten it if you like) and add some chocolate chips.

  3. STEP 3 OF 4

    Cover with Pavesini and let rest in the fridge for an hour.

  4. STEP 4 OF 4

    Turn the cake upside down, remove the plastic wrap, and cover with cocoa and some chocolate chips.
