Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 4

    Whisk the eggs with the sugar.

  2. STEP 2 OF 4

    Add the ricotta, the starch, and lastly, the dark chocolate chips.

    Pour the mixture into an 18 cm cake pan previously lined with parchment paper.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 50 minutes.
