Cut the feta into slices and set aside.
Divide each phyllo dough sheet into 3 parts.
Brush each piece of phyllo dough with water and oil.
Wrap each slice of feta in a piece of phyllo dough.
Cook in an air fryer for 10 minutes at 200 degrees.
Finish with honey before serving.
