Cut the feta into slices and set aside.
Divide each filo pastry sheet into 3 parts.
Brush each piece of filo pastry with water and oil.
Wrap each slice of feta in a piece of filo pastry.
Cook in an air fryer for 10 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
Finish with honey before serving.
