  • Cheeses of choice (spicy provola and gorgonzola)to taste
  • Knob of butter1unit
  • Tablespoon of brown sugar1unit
  • Honeyto taste

Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 5

    Cut the pears into small cubes and quickly caramelize them in a pan with a knob of butter and a sprinkle of brown sugar. Alternatively, use them raw.

  2. STEP 2 OF 5

    Overlap 5 small squares of filo pastry, brushing them between each layer with a water and oil emulsion.

  3. STEP 3 OF 5

    Place the sheets inside the molds, add walnuts at the base, then pears and cheeses.

  4. STEP 4 OF 5

    Bake at 200 degrees for 8-10 minutes.

    Finish with more walnuts and a drizzle of honey on top.
