A delicious, easy and quick main course to prepare, perfect to win everyone over!
Boil the potatoes starting from cold water for about 15-20 minutes depending on their size, until they are softened but not fully cooked.
Cut the potatoes into fairly thick slices and spread sausage on each slice.
Grease a baking dish and sprinkle it with breadcrumbs.
Arrange all the potato slices in the dish, add a drizzle of oil on top, salt, your favorite spices, and plenty of mozzarella or scamorza.
Bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes covered with a sheet of aluminum foil and for another 10 minutes uncovered, until a crispy crust forms.
