Preparation
- STEP 1 OF 5
Place a sheet of parchment paper inside the basket of the air fryer or use a baking tray if you choose to cook in the oven.
- STEP 2 OF 5
Dip the pane carasau in water for a second and immediately place it on the parchment paper or baking tray.
- STEP 3 OF 5
Create the base of the focaccia and on top place some dollops of stracchino and the cooked ham.
- STEP 4 OF 5
Make a second layer and on the last one place more softened pane carasau, a sprinkle of grated Parmesan, and a drizzle of EVO oil.
- STEP 5 OF 5
Cook in the air fryer at 180 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes or in the oven at 190 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
