  • Extra virgin olive oilto taste
  • Saltto taste
  • Cooked ham60g
  • Scamorza cheese30g
  • Cherry tomatoes3unit
  • Lettuce leaves1unit

Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 5

    Beat an egg with a pinch of salt and your preferred spices.

  2. STEP 2 OF 5

    Add a drizzle of oil to a non-stick pan and when it's hot, pour in the beaten egg.

  3. STEP 3 OF 5

    Dip the slices of sandwich bread on both sides, cook for a few minutes and turn with the help of a spatula.

  4. STEP 4 OF 5

    Fill as desired and close by folding the omelet inward.

    Cook the toast for a few more minutes on each side until it is nicely golden.
