Preparation
- STEP 1 OF 6
In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, two eggs, honey, and mix with a whisk.
- STEP 2 OF 6
Add sifted flour and baking powder and mix again.
- STEP 3 OF 6
Add the red fruits and chocolate chips and gently mix with a spatula.
- STEP 4 OF 6
Pour the mixture into a cake pan lined with parchment paper.
- STEP 5 OF 6
Cook in the air fryer at 170 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
- STEP 6 OF 6
If the surface browns too much, cover with aluminum foil and continue cooking.
