    In a bowl, mix the ricotta with the egg until you get a homogeneous mixture.

    Add the cornstarch and honey, mixing well.

  3. STEP 3 OF 6

    Add the pear diced into small cubes and combine.

  4. STEP 4 OF 6

    Pour the mixture into a mold suitable for the air fryer.

    Cook in the air fryer at 170°C for 22 minutes.
