An easy, quick, and economical recipe to prepare healthy and genuine homemade flatbreads. It is not the original recipe for Romagna flatbread, but a simple alternative for a healthy lunch.
In a bowl, mix the flour with the salt.
Add the water and extra virgin olive oil, stirring until you get a smooth dough.
Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and roll them out with a rolling pin to obtain thin discs.
Heat a non-stick pan and cook each flatbread for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
