Super crispy salmon bites with a drizzle of honey, perfect as a snack or appetizer.
Cut the salmon into small cubes, dip them in beaten egg and then in the corn flakes, making sure they stick well.
Cook in an air fryer or oven with a drizzle of oil on top, at 180 degrees Celsius for about 8-10 minutes until golden.
Add a pinch of salt and honey before serving.
