Super crispy salmon bites with a touch of honey, perfect as a snack or appetizer.
Cut the salmon into small cubes, dip them in beaten egg and then in corn flakes, making sure they adhere well.
Cook in an air fryer or oven with a drizzle of oil on top, at 180 degrees for about 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
Add a pinch of salt and honey before serving.
