A delicious invisible cake with pears and chocolate, perfect for a homemade dessert.
Melt the butter together with the chocolate in a double boiler.
Add the sugar, a pinch of salt, the cinnamon, and then the eggs and the sifted powders (flour, cocoa, and baking powder).
Cut the pears into thin slices and add them to the mixture.
Transfer the batter to a baking pan lined with parchment paper, level with a spatula, and sprinkle a tablespoon of sugar on top.
Bake in a static oven at 180°C for about 30-40 minutes.
