Preparation

In a bowl, mix the rice flour, unsweetened cocoa, sugar, and baking powder.

Add the almond milk and seed oil, stirring until you get a smooth mixture.

Pour the mixture into a non-stick pan.

Cover with a lid and cook over medium-low heat for 15-18 minutes.

Check the cooking with a toothpick: if it comes out clean, the cake is ready.
