Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Roll out one sheet of puff pastry on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Evenly distribute the speck, mozzarella or scamorza, and stracchino over the pastry.

Cover with the second sheet of puff pastry and seal the edges well.

Prick the surface with a fork to prevent it from puffing up too much during baking.

Bake for about 20 minutes or until the surface is golden brown.

Let it cool slightly, cut into squares, and serve.
