
Savory pie with potatoes, artichokes, stracchino, and coppa
A flavorful savory pie, perfect as a main course or served as an appetizer. Great to prepare in advance and also ideal as a lunch to bring to the office.
Ingredients
- Round puff pastry roll

2units2units - Frozen artichoke hearts
300g300g - Raw potatoes
500g500g - Stracchino
160g160g - Grated parmesan
70g70g - Coppa
100g100g - Breadcrumbs

- Extra virgin olive oilto taste
- Garlic clove

Preparation

Clean and thinly slice the artichokes, then place them in a bowl with cold water and lemon to prevent browning.
- STEP 2 OF 8
Cook the artichokes in a pan with oil and a garlic clove for 15-20 minutes.
- STEP 3 OF 8
Dice the potatoes and cook them in a pan with a drizzle of oil for 15-20 minutes, adding salt, pepper, and rosemary.

In a bowl, beat the eggs, then add salt, pepper, stracchino, artichokes, and grated Parmesan.

Take a puff pastry sheet, prick the bottom, and add breadcrumbs and coppa.

Combine the egg mixture and add the remaining artichokes, stracchino, and potatoes.

Top with a bit of Parmesan, breadcrumbs, and a drizzle of oil.

Bake at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes in a preheated fan oven. For the last 5 minutes, turn on the grill.
