Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 8

    Clean and thinly slice the artichokes and place them in a bowl with cold water and lemon to prevent browning.

  2. STEP 2 OF 8

    Cook the artichokes in a pan with oil and a garlic clove for 15-20 minutes.

  3. STEP 3 OF 8

    Cut the potatoes into cubes and cook them in a pan with a drizzle of oil for 15-20 minutes, adding salt, pepper, and rosemary.

    Beat the eggs in a bowl, add salt, pepper, stracchino cheese, artichokes, and grated Parmesan.

    Take a pastry sheet, prick the bottom, and add the breadcrumbs and coppa.

    Add the egg mixture and then the remaining artichokes, stracchino cheese, and potatoes.
