Preparation
- STEP 1 OF 6
Sauté carrots, onions, and celery in a pan.
- STEP 2 OF 6
Cut the cod into pieces and add it to the sauté, browning for a few minutes.
- STEP 3 OF 6
Deglaze with white wine and let the alcohol evaporate.
- STEP 4 OF 6
Add the tomato paste, salt, pepper, and stir.
- STEP 5 OF 6
Drain the pasta al dente directly into the pan, add a ladle of cooking water and mix.

Plate and add some chopped parsley.
