In a bowl, mix the ricotta with the egg.
Add salt, spices, and herbs to taste (such as paprika and oregano).
Incorporate 130g of gluten-free breadcrumbs and mix until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Form meatballs of the desired size and coat them in breadcrumbs for coating.
Cook the meatballs in an air fryer at 180°C for 6-8 minutes, depending on the chosen size.
Serve the meatballs with tomato sauce, pumpkin cream, or your favorite vegetables. They are also great with spaghetti!
