  • Sunflower seed oil25g
  • Sugar or erythritol20g
  • Unsweetened cocoa15g
  • Baking powder3g
  • Dark chocolate chipsto taste

Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 4

    Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.

  2. STEP 2 OF 4

    Pour the mixture into muffin cups lined with a dusting of unsweetened cocoa inside.

  3. STEP 3 OF 4

    Cook in an air fryer at 150 degrees for 15 minutes.

  4. STEP 4 OF 4

    Fill as you like. Recommended: coconut protein cream and shredded coconut.
