A delicious yogurt plumcake enriched with Nutella, perfect for breakfasts and snacks.
In a bowl, combine the eggs with the sugar.
Then add the oil, yogurt, sifted flour, and baking powder.
Pour the batter into a previously buttered and floured or parchment paper-lined plumcake mold (20x10 cm).
Add teaspoons of Nutella on top, which will sink on their own during baking.
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 45 minutes in a preheated static oven.
Check the baking by inserting a toothpick.
